Return Policy

All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, damage, or alterations.
We do not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items under any circumstances.

Because our products are made to order through our third-party production partner, Tapstitch, returns are limited.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items with printing defects

  • Incorrect items received

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • ​

Not Eligible for Return

The following items and situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items sent back more than 7 days after the date of receipt

  • Worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered items

  • Items no longer required because of delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Size exchanges

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items returned without approval

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Change of mind​

Return Shipping Costs

We do not provide Freight-to-Collect (FTC) services.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have not yet entered production can be canceled in full and refunded.

  • Orders already in production but not yet shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
